Dr. Janelle Fleites, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Janelle Fleites received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2019 where she graduated with honors. She then completed a Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency at the University of Miami and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). Janelle is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) sanctioned by the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2019.
While earning her doctorate, Janelle gained valuable experience in sports and orthopedics by working closely with the University of Miami’s soccer team and Our Lady of Lourdes Academy’s basketball team. She specializes in personalized treatment of neck and back pain, sports injuries, geriatrics, and post-operative rehabilitation using a multitude of intervention techniques that include: targeted therapeutic exercise, soft tissue and joint mobilization, blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, and patient education.
Janelle enjoys utilizing her unique background to create individualized treatment plans which address the needs and goals of each specific patient to ultimately help them to return to doing the things they love. As a lifelong Miami resident, she is excited to be working in her hometown and giving back to the community where she grew up.
Dr. Marco Alayon, PT, DPT
Dr. Marco Alayon is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned his Bachelors at Florida International University in Physical Education: Sports and Fitness Studies. He then proceeded to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
As a clinician, Dr. Alayon practices evidence-based research and is patient centered with his focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions with an emphasis on sports performance exercise. His treatment approach relies heavily on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, movement performance, and patient education.
He chose this profession after realizing his passion was helping others by providing them with the best treatment and rehabilitation services to achieve their optimal level of function.
